Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- 2. Increase heat to medium-high, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- 4. In a baking dish, mix cauliflower rice, chopped cabbage, and Italian seasoning.
- 5. Stir in the cooked ground beef and marinara sauce until well combined.
- 6. Bake for about 30 minutes until the cabbage is crisp-tender.
- 7. If using, top with shredded mozzarella and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
