Homemade Oat Milk

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Cups Water
  • ¼ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until a milk-like consistency is achieved.
  3. Place a nut milk bag or cheese cloth in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into the bag and gently squeeze to strain.
  5. Transfer the strained milk into a mason jar or carafe.
  6. Store in the fridge for up to one week.
