Ingredients

  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • ¾ cup thick cashew yogurt or cashew sour cream
  • ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped green olives
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp dehydrated chives
  • 1 tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp herbes de Provence or other dried herb
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dried dill weed
  • tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix vigorously with a whisk until well combined.
  2. Alternatively, use a food processor for a smoother consistency.
  3. Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, to thicken and allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers.
