Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large measuring cup or glass container.
- Use a stick blender to process until the dressing is thick and smooth.
- If a stick blender is not available, mix vigorously with a whisk after mincing the garlic and grinding the spices.
- Pour the dressing into a clean glass jar and drizzle over salads.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to a few weeks.
