Easy Vegan Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ cup vegan light mayonnaise
  • cup plant-based milk, plain, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs (or 1 tablespoon dried)
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • a pinch salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix vegan mayonnaise, plant-based milk, and vinegar in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in garlic, chopped herbs, and paprika. Season with salt if desired.
  3. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  4. Serve with salads, veggie platters, or roasted vegetables.
