Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1-4 tablespoons unsweetened soy milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the soy milk in a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Gradually whisk in soy milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Transfer the ranch dressing to a jar and refrigerate.
