Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9x5 loaf pan with butter or cooking oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine butter, cream cheese, and powdered sweetener and mix until smooth.
- Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and lemon extract to the mixture and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt, then add to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking with a toothpick to ensure it comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
