Ingredients

The seasoning

  • ¾ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • tsp cinnamon

The shrimp

  • 2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

For garnish

  • to taste chopped cilantro
  • to taste lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Mix the seasoning ingredients together.
  2. Sprinkle the seasoning over the shrimp and toss to combine.
  3. For grilling, preheat the grill and thread shrimp on skewers, cooking until pink.
  4. For pan frying, melt butter in a skillet, add shrimp, and cook until opaque.
  5. Squeeze lime juice over the shrimp and garnish with cilantro before serving.
