Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and pat the fish fillets dry.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, and lemon juice, then brush this mixture onto both sides of the fish.
- In another bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and season both sides of the fish with this mixture.
- Bake the fish for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork or reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
