Easy Apple Galette

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix flour, salt, and coconut sugar in a large bowl.
- Grate the cold butter into the flour mixture and mix using a pastry cutter.
- Gradually add ice water until the dough comes together, then form it into a ball and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples, then mix them with coconut sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the chilled dough on floured parchment paper into a circle about the size of a large pie dish.
- Place the apples in the center of the dough, leaving a 2-inch border.
- Fold the edges of the dough over the apples, overlapping as necessary.
- Dot the apples with butter, brush the crust with egg, and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown, then let cool for 30 minutes.
- Whisk together drizzle ingredients and pour over the cooled galette.
