Instructions
- Process the dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Adjust the dressing to taste, adding more tahini or olive oil if desired.
- In a large container, combine the greens, chickpeas, and chopped veggies.
- Add the dressing and shake the container to coat the salad evenly.
- Transfer the salad to a bowl and serve.
