Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease muffin cups or use paper liners.
- In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, wheat flour, sugars, spices, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, pumpkin, vanilla, oil, and applesauce.
- Add the pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture and stir just enough to moisten, being careful not to over mix.

- For the streusel topping, mix together the flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and oats in a small bowl.
