Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13-inch pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the quick oats, old-fashioned oats, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips until evenly distributed.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
