The sauce

Instructions
- Lightly salt the steak and season with Creole seasoning and pepper, then set aside.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add the steak tips in a single layer and sauté for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then turn and cook for 1-2 minutes on the other side.
- If necessary, work in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Make space in the pan, add butter and garlic, and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and onions, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the meat in the sauce.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies.
