Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together golden monk fruit sweetener, eggs, softened butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and any other mix-ins.
- Transfer the batter to the lined pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a skewer comes out just clean.
- Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before slicing.
