Lemon Butter Grilled Zucchini

The lemon butter mixture

Instructions
- Trim both ends of the zucchinis and slice them in half lengthwise, then cut into horizontal slices about ¼ inch thick.
- Prepare the lemon butter mixture by mixing together the melted butter, lemon juice, and chopped parsley.
- Brush the lemon butter mixture onto both sides of the zucchini slices.
- Grill the zucchinis for about 1 minute on each side, or until char marks form, being careful not to overcook.
- Serve warm.
