Mini Meatloaves with Balsamic Glaze

The glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Mix ketchup and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, onion, panko, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape them into 1-inch tall loaves.
- Place the loaves on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the ketchup mixture.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Garnish with additional parsley before serving.
