Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and split the dates in half, removing the pits.
- Place 4 pecan halves on top of each date half in an 'X' shape and press them down.
- Drizzle about a teaspoon of melted chocolate over the pecans, ensuring the pecan legs are still visible.
- Cut some pecan halves in half cross-wise to create turtle heads and place them on top of the turtles.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freeze for about 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
