Chili Con Queso Dip

Instructions
- 1. Sauté the chopped onion in butter until tender.
- 2. Stir in the tomatoes, green chiles, and cumin, then bring to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Toss the shredded cheese with cornstarch, then gradually add to the saucepan, stirring until melted.
- 5. Gradually add the cream cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- 6. Heat through and serve with tortilla chips.
