Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough lightly for a few minutes until it forms a rough ball.
- Cover and let the dough rise until puffy, about 30 to 60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and grease a half sheet pan with oil.
- Punch down the dough and press it into a rough oval shape on the pan.
- Brush the top with Italian dressing and sprinkle with herb mixture.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Let the bread rest for 10-20 minutes if desired, then bake for 15 minutes until golden and cheese is sizzling.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
