Instructions
- Coat the chicken with 2 teaspoons of cornstarch.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sauce ingredients and remaining cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Add the bourbon sauce to the skillet and cook until thickened.
- Stir in green onions and serve hot over rice.
