Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the egg, water, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth, letting the batter sit for 15-20 minutes if possible.
- Preheat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
