Ingredients

The batter

  • cups all purpose flour

  • cups milk

For cooking

  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and whisk until combined, then let the batter sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form.
  5. Flip the pancake and cook until done, then repeat with the remaining batter.
