Ingredients

The cheeses

  • 4 oz cheddar cheese
  • 1 wedge brie
  • 1 wedge blue cheese

The meats

  • 4 oz salami
  • 1 chorizo chopped

The antipasto

  • 1 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1 cup green olives

The dips

  • 1 batch guacamole
  • 1 batch salsa
  • 1 batch pesto

The crunchy snacks

  • 1 batch keto crackers
  • 1 batch keto tortilla chips
  • 1 cup salted nuts

The fruits and vegetables

  • ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large cucumber

Optional ingredients

  • 1 batch sugar free chocolate

Instructions

  1. Place the board or platter on a flat surface.
  2. Add dips and olives into small bowls and place them on the board.
  3. Add the salami and chorizo, followed by the cheeses.
  4. Distribute the crackers and chips on the board.
  5. Fill the remaining spots with nuts and fruits.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 hours.
