How to Cook Rice

Instructions
- Rinse the rice using a fine wire mesh strainer.
- Add the rice, salt, and water to a saucepot.
- Cover the pot and bring the water to a full boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the rice simmer for 15 minutes without lifting the lid or stirring.
- After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let the rice rest for an additional 5 minutes without lifting the lid.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
