Maple Rosemary Grilled Pork Chops

The marinade

pure maple syrup

Instructions
- Place the pork chops in a non-reactive container.
- In a large glass measuring cup, combine all marinade ingredients and stir well.
- Pour the marinade over the pork chops and ensure they are completely coated.
- Cover the container with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours, up to 48 hours.
- Preheat the grill to high heat, about 600°F.
- Remove the chops from the marinade and place them on the hot grill without closing the lid.
- Grill for 2 to 3 minutes, then turn the chops a quarter turn and grill for another 2 minutes.
- Flip the chops and grill for another 5 minutes, turning a quarter turn after 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer the cooked pork chops to a plate and garnish with fresh rosemary and grape tomatoes, if desired.
