Instructions
- Boil the cashews in separate boiling water for about 5 minutes, then rinse and drain them.
- In a blender, combine the boiled cashews, filtered water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, sea salt, and tapioca starch.
- Blend until the mixture is creamy and glossy, which may take 3 to 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
- Allow the mixture to cool in the fridge for at least an hour, preferably three hours or overnight before using.
