Cheddar Cornmeal Biscuits

Instructions
- Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture is crumbly.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and milk just until moistened.
- Drop the dough by ¼ cupfuls onto an un-greased baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 450°F for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Serve warm.
