Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and chocolate chips until smooth.
- Form the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and roll in extra sugar if desired.
- Place the dough balls on the baking sheet, flatten them slightly, and add extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until the bottoms are slightly browned.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
