Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup

all natural peanut butter

coconut oil

heaping tablespoon
confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
- Drop about 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into each candy cup and push it up the sides to form a cup.
- Freeze the cups for 10 minutes until set.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut oil, and confectioners sugar until smooth.
- Remove the cups from the freezer and add 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture to each cup.
- Drizzle another teaspoon of melted chocolate over the top of each cup.
- Top with sprinkles if desired and freeze for 1-2 hours until set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
