Ingredients

The cups

  • 4 ounces Dark Chocolate
  • 8 mini candy cup liners
  • Optional heart sprinkles

The filling

  • 2 tablespoons all natural peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 heaping tablespoon confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
  2. Drop about 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate into each candy cup and push it up the sides to form a cup.
  3. Freeze the cups for 10 minutes until set.
  4. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, coconut oil, and confectioners sugar until smooth.
  5. Remove the cups from the freezer and add 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture to each cup.
  6. Drizzle another teaspoon of melted chocolate over the top of each cup.
  7. Top with sprinkles if desired and freeze for 1-2 hours until set.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
