Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add ground turkey, break it apart, and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in Italian seasonings and remove from heat.
- Mix in cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
- Spread pizza sauce on top, add mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni, then top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from oven, slice into portions, and serve.
