Ingredients

The base

  • ½ pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ cup keto pizza sauce

The toppings

  • 4 small mushrooms, chopped
  • ¼ cup olives, sliced
  • 8 slices pepperoni
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey, break it apart, and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in Italian seasonings and remove from heat.
  5. Mix in cheddar cheese until fully incorporated.
  6. Spread pizza sauce on top, add mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni, then top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Remove from oven, slice into portions, and serve.
