Instructions
- Whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
- Add coconut and rum extracts, lime juice, and pineapple, stirring well.
- Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
- Divide the pudding mixture into 8 cups, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
