Instructions
- In a sauce pot, combine rolled oats and almond milk, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until creamy.
- Stir in maple syrup, coconut oil, almond butter, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate saucepan, heat coconut oil and add chopped apples, maple syrup, and cinnamon, cooking for 5-6 minutes until apples soften.
- Serve the oatmeal in bowls and top with the cinnamon apples.
