Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except for ½ cup of almond milk in a medium saucepan.
- Heat on medium/high until boiling, then reduce to low/medium and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring consistently.
- Add the remaining ½ cup of almond milk and stir again, letting it simmer for 1-2 more minutes.
- Serve topped with walnuts, banana slices, and banana bread chunks if desired.
