Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Rub the sweet potato with a bit of oil and place it face down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes or until tender.
- Once baked, turn the sweet potato face up and place on a serving plate.
- For the sweet version, top with nut butter, banana, berries, cinnamon, salt, and coconut.
- For the savory version, top with avocado, nutritional yeast, salt, hemp seeds, and red pepper flake.
