Instructions
- Combine the apple cider, orange zest, orange juice, honey, and cinnamon stick in a saucepan.
- Simmer the mixture over medium-high heat until reduced to ½ cup, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Transfer the syrup to a bowl, remove the zest and cinnamon stick, and set aside.
- Whisk together 1 tablespoon of the syrup with the remaining tablespoon of honey for glazing.
- Cool the syrup and glaze to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
