Buffalo Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
  • 6 oz organic cream cheese
  • ½ cup organic greek yogurt
  • ½ cup crumbled organic bleu cheese
  • cup shredded organic sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Texas Pete hot sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 stalks green onions (sliced)
  • to taste extra bleu cheese for topping
  • to taste chives (chopped, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF (177ºC) and grease a shallow baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, cream cheese, yogurt, bleu cheese, cheddar, hot sauce, garlic powder, and most of the green onion slices.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the baking dish and flatten it with the back of a spoon.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges.
  5. Top with extra bleu cheese, remaining green onion slices, and chives if desired.
  6. Serve with veggies or healthy chips.
