Sausage Breakfast Naan Pizzas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and bake the naan for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- For the pesto naan, heat olive oil in a skillet, crack in eggs, and cook until almost over easy.
- Spread pesto on each naan, top with mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, and onion.
- Add a fried egg on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with arugula, red pepper flakes, and basil.
- For the sausage naan, heat olive oil in a skillet, whisk eggs, and scramble them until slightly wet.
- Spread smashed cherry tomatoes on each naan, then add cheddar, onion, and sliced sausage.
- Top with scrambled eggs and bake for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Mix Greek yogurt and hot sauce, then drizzle over the pizza and sprinkle with parsley.
