Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and adjust the racks.
- Remove kale leaves from the stems and chop them into medium-to-large pieces.
- Wash the kale thoroughly and dry it completely using a salad spinner or paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the kale with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper, tossing until well coated.
- Spread the kale evenly on a baking sheet, using two sheets if necessary.
- Bake for 5 minutes, then stir the kale and return it to the oven for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
