Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add the cubed bread and stir until soaked, then mix in the apple cubes.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin and press down lightly.
- In a separate bowl, combine butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt to make crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the muffin batter.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cooked through and golden on top.
