Grilled Cheese

spinach leaves

Instructions
- Char the peppers until the skin is blackened, then cover and let steam for 10 minutes.
- Remove the stems from the peppers and blend them with garlic, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, salt, honey, cilantro, pepitas, and black pepper in a food processor.
- Drizzle in olive oil and process until smooth to make the green harissa.
- Slather the green harissa on the insides of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Assemble the sandwich with spinach leaves and grated havarti cheese.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat, brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil, and grill until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown.
