Ingredients

  • 8 Tablespoons Salted Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer at 330° F for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, add the melted butter and mix in the remaining ingredients without over mixing.
  3. Place silicone muffin cups in the air fryer and spray with cooking spray.
  4. Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling them ¾ full.
  5. Cook at 330° F for 10 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  6. Repeat cooking in batches until all batter is used.
  7. Serve with butter, honey, or maple syrup.
