Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer at 330° F for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, add the melted butter and mix in the remaining ingredients without over mixing.
- Place silicone muffin cups in the air fryer and spray with cooking spray.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling them ¾ full.
- Cook at 330° F for 10 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Repeat cooking in batches until all batter is used.
- Serve with butter, honey, or maple syrup.
