Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Add the egg, melted butter, and buttermilk to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into silicone muffin molds, filling each about ¾ full.
- Place the molds in the air fryer and cook at 330°F for 11-15 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center of a muffin; it should come out clean.
