Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients together and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
