Honey Cornbread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Pour half of the melted butter into the cast iron skillet and reserve the other half.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal mix, salt, and sweetener.
- Add the eggs, remaining butter, buttermilk, and honey to the dry ingredients and stir to combine without overmixing.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet, leaving about an inch from the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cornbread to cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
