Instructions
- Combine yeast, buttermilk, and honey in a bowl and whisk until combined.
- Add flour and salt, and knead the mixture until it forms a mass.
- Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 2-ounce pieces for rolls.
- Shape each piece into a ball and place on a baking sheet.
- Let the rolls rise for about 40 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
