Salted Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Melt the chopped chocolate with the butter in a heatproof bowl, either in a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently.
- Transfer the melted chocolate mixture to an electric mixer, add sugar, eggs, and vanilla, and mix until combined.
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture on low speed, then fold in the chocolate and peanut butter chips.
- Scoop tablespoonfuls of the batter onto parchment-lined baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart, and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are flat and the surfaces begin to crack.
- Transfer the cookies on parchment to wire racks to cool.
- Serve immediately or store in a sealed container for up to 3 weeks.
