Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, combine the dry ingredients and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until mixed.
- Fill the muffin tins about ½ full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool on a drying rack and serve warm or at room temperature.
