Mushroom and Herb Gravy

Instructions
- Melt 1 Tbsp of butter in a pan over medium-high heat and add minced garlic, cooking for 30 seconds.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and the liquid has evaporated.
- Add the remaining butter and allow it to melt.
- Whisk in the gluten-free flour with the melted butter for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Incorporate the cooked mushrooms into the flour and butter mixture, whisking for another 30 seconds.
- Pour in the chicken broth, coconut aminos, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper, whisking until the gravy thickens.
- Cover and simmer the gravy on low for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add water a tablespoon at a time until the gravy reaches your desired consistency.
