Instructions
- Add the cranberries to the slow cooker.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the cranberries.
- Place the lid on the crockpot and cook on High for 2-3 hours, or Low for 4-6 hours, stirring once every hour.
- Taste and adjust sweetener as desired.
- Mash the cranberry sauce to your preferred consistency.
- Serve warm or chilled, noting that the sauce will thicken as it cools.
